I'm Buggin' Out...

I'm at work, doing the A/V for this Philipines/Thailand lecture, which means I'm very much on the internet. I just ran across a few new records that caught my attention. I like to hear what the new sound is, and boy did I today. I won't say the artists names because the joints are wack, but I can tell you the songs are all about women, and how they all love they girls who "get down." But not like regular songs about "hoes" or whatever; these joints are all about how they prefer to be with a woman who gets around. Like, this is their Girl/main/so forth. They are bugging for a number of reasons.

I'm bugging b/c someone stepped on my Jordan's ("Ay Sal, why all you got is white men on the wall?") but also because these joints are hard club joints, which means ladies are gonna be dancing to songs that pretty much say "Yeah, I'm a good girl in public, but quietly, ALL YALL can hit." As ridiculous as that reads, it's real. I promise you that (because of the artists involved) these songs are going to go hard. This is our summer. MY SUMMER, YOUR SUMMER, HER SUMMER with songs about how it's kinda cool and All Good to GO, not just with me (your boyfriend) but with my guys too (It Ain't No Fun right?). And you know what? Not that we won't tell (because we will) but everybody's gonna be okay with it. WE RESPECT YOU FOR THIS.
