United Church of Christ commercials

All of these were "banned" by the media when the UCC turned them in to be played on the major networks. Seriously. Banned. They were called too polemic. You decide.

BOUNCER

EJECTOR

STEEPLE

UCC goes hard. They're sitting here now promising me that another one is coming out April 16 that's gonna crush these. I think any of these could have set the Super Bowl right. They're saying the ads were turned down, but that Tebow ad was front and center. We might have gone soft.

For real? Banned?
The ejection seat one was funny. Crazy thing is I went to a church that though they didn't have an "ejection seat" they did eject people with babies that cried.

Yo...what's sad for me is that now we have denominations that recognize people don't like the church and we are now doing ads to combat it. That's cool, I hope the people that make up the church pay attention and change accordingly so it's not all show and no go. :)

Wow..can't believed these got banned?

The first two were definitely pushing the envelope but the church has always done that.

Shame on you mainstream media!

Not surprised it got banned. As a Howard University Alum from the School of Business (Marketing/Advertising), it's all about image and what people want is a false reality...so sad, so sad. That's exactly why I left those 9x9 cubicles for a classroom.

On another note, keep it flowing JKwest! I got a big, big following (mostly all students) and I'm just trying to use my gifts of teaching to expose then to the Truth. It's up to them whether or not to accept it.
